دلہ بھٹی پنجاب کا ایک مشہور افسانوی راجپوت ہیرو تھا، جس نے مشہور مغل بادشاہ اکبر کے خلاف بغاوت کی تھی۔ پنجابی زبان میں ایک قسم کی مہاکاوی ہے جسے دُلے دی وار کہتے ہیں جس میں دُلہ بھٹی کی جنگ کے واقعات بیان کیے گئے ہیں۔ اب بھی پنجاب، پاکستان میں ایک مشہور خطہ ہے جسے دُلے دی بار کہتے ہیں یعنی دُلہ بھٹی کا جنگل۔ یہ لیجنڈ پنجابی ہیرو لاہور، پنجاب، پاکستان میں میانی صاحب قبرستان (قبرستان) میں مدفون ہے۔ افسانوی دُلہ بھٹی کے نام پر ایک قصبہ دلے والا (ضلع بھکر) ہے جہاں وہ اپنے ساتھیوں کے ساتھ ٹھہرے ہوئے تھے۔ دلہ بھٹی ایک پنجابی گھرانے میں والدہ لدھی اور والد فرید خان کے ہاں فیصل آباد کے قریب صندل بار کے علاقے میں پیدا ہوئے جو اب پاکستان میں ہے (صندل بار کا تعلق مرزا صاحبہ کے افسانے سے بھی ہے)۔ اس کا تعلق بھٹیوں کے راجپوت قبیلے جیسے جنگجو سے تھا۔ اس نے اپنے والد اور دادا کے نقش قدم پر چلتے ہوئے مغل سلطنت کے خلاف گوریلا جنگ چھیڑی۔ اس نے مغل بادشاہ اکبر کی قانونی حیثیت کو ماننے سے انکار کر دیا اور کوئی ٹیکس ادا کرنے سے انکار کر دیا۔ مزاحمت کی وہ سطح جو باغیوں نے اٹھائی کہ اکبر کو تقریباً 20 سال ت
